ABOUT BUSINESS CARES
WHAT IS BUSINESS CARES?
Business Cares is a program of United Way of Larimer County, founded in 2005, that provides specialized services, consulting, resources, recognition, and networking opportunities to member companies committed to volunteerism in our community. We work with our members to develop and support excellence in their volunteer programs and engage their employees in meaningful service. We provide companies with the tools they need to get their employees involved in the community, the resources to encourage and support best practices in corporate volunteerism, and the opportunity to network with other like-minded companies.
OUR MISSION
To help businesses develop and implement strategic community outreach and employee volunteer programs that generate positive, measurable benefits for the business’s bottom-line as well as the community.
OUR GOAL
The goal of Business Cares is to get companies involved in their community, to help develop a culture of service in their workplace, and support them in doing so for a lifetime.
