COMPANY COMMUNITY MISSION

 

To encourage our employees to be actively involved in our communities via boards, volunteer work, and pro bono work. 

 

 

OVERVIEW OF EMPLOYEE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM 

 

We encourage all employees to be involved in at least one community organization.  For committed employees, we offer company time to pursue this. We also try to do two company-wide volunteer projects a year.

   

 

WHY OUR COMPANY VOLUNTEERS

 

The selfish reason is that we enjoy it: it is fun to work with everyone at our company in different environments and it allows us to “team build.”  Unselfish reason:  our company has made a commitment to positively impact our community, both as a company and as individuals. We give opportunities to our employees to be active with the hope they will continue on their personal time and/or in the future no matter where they are.

    

 

BIGGEST VOLUNTEER ACCOMPLISHMENT IN 2014

We were able to finally get the sail shades for the meet and greet pens up. Now Animal House will have success all year long!
