OVERVIEW OF EMPLOYEE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
The objective of the RLR volunteer program is to promote volunteering within our firm, strive to become community builders in helping maintain a high quality of life in the communities we serve, promoting teamwork among employees and helping employees in obtaining personal fulfillment through volunteering.

BIGGEST VOLUNTEER ACCOMPLISHMENT IN 2014
Our firm’s employees increased their collective volunteer hours by 268 hours in 2014. The participants in our volunteer program reported a total of 901 volunteer hours in 2014 in assisting over 25 agencies. Our volunteer program achieved 90% employee participation in 2014, and averaged 50 volunteer hours per participant.
