OVERVIEW OF EMPLOYEE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM 

 

The objective of the RLR volunteer program is to promote volunteering within our firm, strive to become community builders in helping maintain a high quality of life in the communities we serve, promoting teamwork among employees and helping employees in obtaining personal fulfillment through volunteering.

BIGGEST VOLUNTEER ACCOMPLISHMENT IN 2014

 

Our firm’s employees increased their collective volunteer hours by 268 hours in 2014. The participants in our volunteer program reported a total of 901 volunteer hours in 2014 in assisting over 25 agencies. Our volunteer program achieved 90% employee participation in 2014, and averaged 50 volunteer hours per participant.

Boys and Girls Club of Larimer County, Disabled Resource Services, The Matthews House, Education and Life Training Center, Homeless Gear, Rocky Mountain Lab Rescue, Animal House Dog Rescue, Denkai Animal Sanctuary, Larimer County SBDC, Cyclismo Youth Foundation, Poudre River Library Trust, Rist Canyon Volunteer Fire Department, MVHS Football Boosters, CBMS Volleyball, RCS Cheer Clinic, A Woman’s Place, Kiwanis, PVH Planned Giving Committee, Food Bank of Larimer County, Salvation Army, Weld County Food Bank, Wounded Warriors, and various others.
