Weston Distance Learning, Inc. encourages employee involvement in community service and philanthropy. Our company focus is on creating healthier, safer, and stronger communities in which all people can enjoy living.
OVERVIEW OF EMPLOYEE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
Employees are granted 4 hours of paid leave per calendar year for volunteer work and are recognized for their accomplishments as volunteers. Additionally, Weston Distance Learning, Inc. contributes financially to support this endeavor by matching total combined employee contributions up to $5,000 annually. Weston Distance Learning, Inc. supports employees engaging in service in an on-going capacity, not solely as a benefit offered by the company.
