OVERVIEW OF EMPLOYEE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

Cache Bank & Trust provides volunteer opportunities for our staff, our customer base and the public at-large with our pre-scheduled activities. We also offer paid time off for employees to participate in specific, individual volunteer opportunities.

WHY OUR COMPANY VOLUNTEERS

Cache Bank & Trust believes it is our responsibility to pay it forward and give back to the community that supports us. We know that through volunteering our time, talents, and treasure, it keeps us more connected to its citizenry and makes our community a better place in which to live and thrive.

BIGGEST VOLUNTEER ACCOMPLISHMENT IN 2014

The bank organized a project in support of Harmony School this year. At our annual BBQ in September, we established “Bank to School” and rolled out a saving program for their students. This included a direct contribution, by the bank, to the child’s savings account and a donation directly to Harmony School for each new account that was opened. This project gained great momentum from our client base and provided additional avenues for clients to support and donate to the school directly. Additionally, the School displays the children’s art projects each month. This has become a focal point for the kids, parents and grandparents to come to the bank to see their art.

A STORY WE WOULD LIKE TO SHARE

Bank staff was engaged in the 9th annual coat drive this year which benefited Homeless Gear and “Feed the Need.” Over 650 adult and 100 children’s coats were received and distributed to Homeless Gear and Feed the Need, which is organized by Hot Corner Concepts in Fort Collins.
